Position Overview

The Production Supervisor at our Kings Mountain facility serves in a highly visible leadership role responsible for departmental safety, productivity, and overall performance. This position works closely with the Plant Manager and production associates to ensure production goals are achieved and operations meet or exceed established standards.

The Supervisor is accountable for maintaining a safe, compliant work environment and enforcing all corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
