Job description

Job Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the warehouse including assisting with Receiving, Shipping, Fulfillment and Assembly.
Compensation: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely operates a variety of material handling and packaging equipment.
  • Receives, unpacks, relocates and stocks inbound materials and components, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all materials.
  • Selects, processes and packages components and products for outbound customer orders, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all orders.
  • Assists with inbound/outbound paperwork as necessary.
  • Assembles cabinets to established quality and production standards, including the building of specialty cabinets and the installation of accessory items as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Ability and willingness to work safely at all times.
  • Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of previous warehouse/distribution experience is highly desired. Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move upwards of 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills required.
  • Must be able to use a tape measure and perform basic math. Experience with hand tools is a Plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and problem-solve independently while remaining part of the larger team.
  • Ability to take on new tasks and rotate through a variety of positions and/or locations as needed.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Displays courtesy and respect for team members at all times.
