Production Technician | Cannabis Manufacturing Full-Time ยท On-Site
The Opportunity
We're partnering with Our Client, a leading multi-state cannabis operator, to find a driven and detail-oriented Production Technician to join their manufacturing team. This isn't just a line job โ€” it's a role for someone who takes genuine pride in what they produce, brings energy to the floor every day, and understands that precision and consistency are what separate a good product from a great one.
No prior cannabis experience required. The right attitude and work ethic matter most.
What You'll Own
You'll be hands-on from start to finish โ€” taking raw cannabis flower and helping transform it into finished, compliant, shelf-ready products.
Production & Processing
  • Execute production goals daily while keeping safety and quality as your top priorities
  • Produce product according to established recipes and SOPs with consistency and accuracy
  • Apply independent judgment in product processing decisions, always with quality and output goals in mind
  • Adapt quickly as procedures, techniques, and priorities evolve
Packaging & Compliance
  • Package finished products into proper containers with correct labeling per state regulations
  • Electronically convert packaged products in the state traceability system
  • Ensure all processing procedures and lab protocols are followed without exception
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of all manufacturing methods
Facility & Organization
  • Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility at all times
  • Leave your assigned work area clean, organized, and fully prepped at the end of every shift
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and proficiency with Windows-based software

What You Bring
Nice to Have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory
  • Some college coursework or a college degree
  • Familiarity with cannabis production or regulated manufacturing environments
Must Have:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills across varied audiences
  • Personal hygiene standards that align with facility health guidelines
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and adapt quickly to changing procedures
Additional Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license or state ID required
  • Must pass all required background checks
  • Must remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
  • Must be approved by the Cannabis Compliance Board to receive an Agent Card
Physical Requirements
  • Regular reaching, grasping, bending, stooping, and repetitive motions throughout the shift
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 lbs โ€” with extreme care when handling product
  • Daily exposure to allergens including cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil
