Key Responsibilities


Requirements Analysis & Documentation


Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for trial claim messaging enhancements.


Develop and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and message specifications.


Ensure messaging requirements are traceable from intake through implementation.


Messaging Design & Development


Partner with stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and customer-centric claim messages.


Define messaging triggers, business rules, and associated workflows.


Collaborate with message content owners to ensure alignment with enterprise communication standards.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


Facilitate discussions between business, operations, product, technology, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams.


Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders during messaging development.


Support decision-making by documenting options, impacts, risks, and recommendations.


Ensure stakeholder alignment on messaging content, timing, and implementation priorities.
