JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC.

This position is responsible for the oversight, data entry, and administration of the Product Warranty Registration Database.

The Warranty Administrator is also responsible for adjudication of warranty claims.

This individual will work closely with Product Support staff and the Product Support Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Adjudicate Warranty Claims as required ensuring accuracy and totality of warranty claims, including supporting documentation
  • Review and process equipment registrations in a timely manner
  • Assist dealers with questions pertaining to the warranty process and warranty limitations
  • Assist dealers with questions pertaining to the warranty database, and registration process
  • Generate Vendor Warranty Cost Reports and maintain status of Warranty Recoveries
  • Upload new models into the Warranty Database
  • Prepare and upload new flat rate times for new models into the Warranty Database
  • Ensure dealer labor rate is current and within guidelines
  • Assist dealers with registration issues as needed
  • Make registration changes in the Warranty Database when warranty (ownership) has been transferred to a new customer
  • Contribute with improvements of the warranty process

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years working experience in a relevant field
  • Operational experience with Microsoft Office Suite products โ€“ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Presenter
  • CRM and D365 experience preferred
  • Working experience with database applications
  • Ability to perform fast and accurate high-volume data entry
  • Technical knowledge of diesel engines, transmission, and hydraulic systems is preferred
