Relevant du directeur d’usine, tu auras pour responsabilités principales :

  • Communiquer avec les employés sous sa responsabilité et assurer le soutien nécessaire aux opérations quotidiennes;
  • Superviser les activités de production de l’usine d’extrusion en respectant le calendrier de production, les standards de qualité et les indicateurs de performance;
  • Organiser la main-d’œuvre et optimiser l’utilisation des matières premières afin de répondre aux besoins de la production;
  • Animer les réunions quotidiennes de production ainsi que les rencontres d’équipe;
  • Élaborer, mettre à jour, communiquer et appliquer les procédures et méthodes de travail (ISO, SST);
  • Assurer le maintien d’un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et conforme aux politiques de l’entreprise;
  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements de production et coordonner les interventions nécessaires en cas de bris;
  • Assurer la qualité du travail, le respect des délais et le suivi des interventions;
  • En collaboration avec les ressources humaines, participer à l’embauche, à l’intégration, à l’évaluation du rendement, au développement et à la gestion disciplinaire des employés sous sa responsabilité;
  • Encadrer, mobiliser et accompagner les employés afin de favoriser leur développement et l’atteinte des objectifs du département.

Exigences :

  • DEC en gestion des opérations, en production manufacturière ou toute combinaison de formation et d’expérience jugée pertinente;
  • Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
  • Connaissance des procédés d’extrusion et/ou du moulage de produits en plastique ainsi que des opérations manufacturières;
  • Capacité à lire des plans et bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes, planification, organisation et prise de décision;
  • Expérience en gestion de personnel et en mobilisation d’équipe;
  • Bon jugement, esprit d’analyse, leadership, sens des relations interpersonnelles, travail d’équipe et respect de la confidentialité.
