A growing manufacturer in the Monticello, IN area—specializing in the production of generators, boilers, and chillers—is seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join their team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced production environment where quality and teamwork are key.

In this role, you will support production by ensuring parts are properly painted according to customer specifications and quality standards. You will read prints, measure and adjust paint/chemical mixtures, and document daily paint usage. Additional responsibilities include inspecting and pre-treating products, preparing items for painting, and ensuring they are ready for shipping. If you enjoy hands-on work in an industrial setting, this role could be a great match.
Production Painter Job Duties
  • Support assembly line production activities
  • Clean blast media from products prior to painting
  • Perform quality checks and measure coating thickness
  • Record paint usage and maintain production documentation
  • Work collaboratively to meet production deadlines

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift
  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM  

Pay
  • $17.00-20.00/houlry (based on experience)

Production Painter Requirements
