The person hired for the position of Production Operator will work at our 3M Angleton TX

The person hired for the position Operator Production will be responsible for producing and assembling products in the plant. They operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping.

Required:

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Minimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment

  • Post-high school education

  • Basic computer knowledge
