OVERVIEW:The purpose of the Production Operator role is to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and consistent production of RS products. Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for assisting with production processes, operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Production Operator works closely with production and maintenance teams to support operational goals, minimize downtime, and ensure products meet company quality standards.As part of the RS team, this role contributes to a culture centered on safety, respect, integrity, quality, and teamwork, while promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
