Position Summary
The Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting parts, and supporting material flow to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in meeting daily production targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Machine Operation
โ€ข Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
โ€ข Set up, start, stop, and monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product output.
โ€ข Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain productivity.
โ€ข Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements.
Quality & Inspection
โ€ข Inspect parts and materials using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and visual standards.
โ€ข Document inspection results and identify non-conforming products.
โ€ข Maintain quality throughout the production process by following established specifications.
โ€ข Report defects, deviations, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
Material Handling & Workflow Support
โ€ข Load materials into machines and move finished goods to designated areas.
