What The Position is About:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including crew/vendor coordination, scheduling and dispatch, inventory/materials, fleet, facilities, permitting, and field/warehouse support
  • Manage vendor relationships, material purchasing and sourcing, and operational resources to support production needs and optimize margins
  • Lead and develop the Operations team, driving accountability, consistency, and disciplined execution across the department
  • Develop and implement consistent, repeatable processes and systems that improve operational efficiency and support reliable execution as the company grows
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, and overall company contribution
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of operations team members as the company continues to grow
  • Partner closely with leadership to build the operational infrastructure needed to support future growth and expansion

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Operations management experience within the residential construction industry
  • The ability to optimize margins through buying and sourcing materials
  • Highly process-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with repetitive execution
  • Exterior construction knowledge in multiple trades is highly preferred
