Job description

Position Title: Production Team Member - Lamination 2nd Shift
Reports to: Operations Manager

Join our innovative manufacturing team where precision and quality come together to drive industry-leading production and continuous improvement. At Motus, we’re revolutionizing the manufacturing industry and seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Production Team Member - Lamination 2nd Shift to help us make an impact and drive this position to new heights.
A successful candidate will be high energy, driven, resourceful and a problem solver.
Responsibilities:
  • Loading / unloading rolls of material through the use of and overhead crane
  • Ensure equipment settings match process standard
  • Conduct raw material and composite weight measurements to ensure product is at specification
  • Alter necessary equipment components for product / program changeover
  • Monitor quality of product during machine operation
  • Operate Hilo and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required
  • Special projects as necessary
  • Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries trough 5S
  • Continuously analyze the the assigned area of responsibility for improved methods of production, tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls and layout : make recommendtions to supervisor for improvements
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
