The Crypto Operations team at Robinhood is dedicated to delivering an excellent end-customer experience and mitigating firm risk while supporting cutting-edge crypto products. As a Product Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our crypto products and future launches. You will lead cross-functional projects designed to improve Robinhood's operational efficiency and readiness. The role will work on scaling operations for our existing Crypto products as well as scoping operational impact for new Crypto initiatives. This role will work with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Crypto Operations, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Security, and Customer Experience to guarantee operational readiness. Product Operations Managers are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving product objectives, and working with multiple partners. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of crypto operations for one of the most dynamic teams in the industry

This role is based in our New York City, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do
  • Support and refine operational processes supporting Robinhood's crypto products, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collect, prioritize, and communicate product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development
  • Partner with Product Managers to own and execute tasks cross functionally
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize processes across workflows 
  • Support product operations workflows, including routine and ad-hoc responsibilities, such as customer communications, language translations, pricing comparisons and product remediations. 
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and customer-facing teams, ensuring that support teams are equipped with the tools, training, and context needed to provide high-quality service to crypto customers. 
  • Identify process gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies across the crypto product lifecycle-and implement improvements through automation, enhanced tooling, or revised procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure processes are performing as expected, and lead cross-functional efforts to address any issues or optimize performance.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in crypto product operations, crypto operations, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives independently across teams and global time zones.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows across the business
  • Strong attention to detail paired with a proactive, risk-aware mindset and a bias toward problem-solving and execution.
