  • Monitor quality and operational performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes that strengthen execution
  • Coordinate across departments to remove blockers, improve communication, and strengthen end-to-end production workflows
  • Partner with Studio Operations to ensure studio readiness, operational uptime, and seamless support for productions
  • Build effective relationships with mid-level stakeholders to ensure communication standards are clear, consistent, and effective across teams
  • Optimize tools, workflows, and team processes, driving adoption and continuous improvement across Production Operations
  • Analyze operational trends and report performance insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Provide steady control room leadership during live and recorded productions, supporting clear communication, timely decision-making, and consistent execution under active show conditions

CORE FOCUS

  • Build consistency across all productions through supportive systems, standards, and execution
  • Develop scalable workflows and SOPs that support operational excellence as the business grows
  • Guide Supervisors to grow as confident decision-makers and people managers
  • Foster efficiency, quality, accountability, and cross-functional alignment across Production Operations
  • Support strong technical execution across multi-camera and live production environments
  • Strengthen control room leadership, decision-making, and communication standards during active productions

  • SOPs and workflows are documented, adopted, and continuously improved
  • Operational quality, efficiency, and readiness improve over time through clear planning, leadership, and execution
