Carwash Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor who will assist the General Manager with the operations of our Greenbrier, Arkansas location to ensure our goals and objectives are achieved.
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Assist General Manager to train and develop new employees.
  • Organize and oversee the work of assigned staff.
  • Understand McBee’s Coffee N Carwash pricing, wash packages details, and membership information. Able to communicate information to employees and customers effectively.
  • Organize daily activities related to production and operations in a fast paced, high-energy environment in absence of General Manager.
  • Maintain, clean, and sanitize work areas, carwash areas including vacuums, and kitchen.
  • Coach and develop staff to provide the PWE for every customer, every time.
  • Address customer needs and resolves issues; ensure positive and long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure employees are always following safety requirements and protocols.
  • Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order.
  • Prepare and serve hot beverages (coffee) to customers; correctly customize orders as requested.
  • Availability to work every day of the week since we are open seven days a week.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage a team in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Food Handler Manager Certification permit required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Stand and walk over uneven, wet terrain or in confined spaces; able to work inside or outside and in all weather conditions.
Experience
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred
  • One to two years of carwash experience preferred.
