We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Santee, CA, 92071. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives.
  • Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a small to medium manufacturing environment.
  • Working Knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes; MIG and TIG welding experience is preferred
