Job description

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Receiver at Wofford College.

This is a full-time position in Spartanburg, SC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in unloading delivered supplies/items, checking the quality of goods and ensuring the expected items and their amounts are received
  • Properly store delivered items/supplies away
  • Help other team members locate and grab ingredients/supplies as necessary
  • Ensure that all kitchen/storage areas are kept clean, neat and well stocked
  • Assist with utility tasks on sales floor and kitchen
  • Assist the Production Manager with ordering and inventory
  • Transport product and people to locations within the site

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
