  • Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminator, CNC cutting, and related equipment.
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout production.
  • Produce banners, signs, vehicle graphics, wall murals, window graphics, trade show displays, and specialty printed products.
  • Package, prepare, and coordinate completed projects for delivery, shipping, or installation.
  • Monitor production efficiency and continuously seek opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes.
Graphic Design & Pre-Press

  • Manage digital assets and ensure proper file organization.
  • Utilize CoreBridge (CRM) and Onyx RIP software to manage production workflows.
Project Design & Light Fabrication
  • Assist in concept development for custom signage and display projects.
  • Design and develop basic fabrication solutions for specialty projects.
  • Perform light fabrication tasks including mounting, trimming, assembling displays, finishing graphics, and creating prototype solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to determine practical production and fabrication approaches.
  • Support installation planning and custom project execution.
  • Participate in site surveys, field measurements, and project assessments when needed.
Equipment, Inventory & Facility Management
  • Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels for media, inks, blades, substrates, hardware, and production supplies.
  • Ensure production areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
  • Document inventory and equipment maintenance activities.
  • Implement best practices to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Team & Customer Support
  • Communicate proactively regarding schedules, deadlines, and production challenges.
  • Support installations, site surveys, deliveries, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead and participate in team meetings
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster a positive, solution-oriented work environment.
