Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Production Manager to join our team. The Sr. Production Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our Seattle market. This position demands a strategic thinker with hands‑on management skills and a proven track record in coordinating cross‑functional teams, streamlining processes, and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities of Sr. Production Manager
  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery in the One Day Bath industry.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and promote continuous improvement.
  • Manage and oversee the Operations team including; Installation Managers, Installation teams, Warehouse, and office staff.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment and improve overall team performance.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes - Experience with WMS or ERP system highly preferred
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements (OSHA knowledge).
  • Work collaboratively with Jacuzzi Group manufacturing facilities to ensure timely delivery of materials

Compensation:

$120,000+ annual salary commensurate with experience plus a monthly bonus structure based on performance of the Seattle location.

Requirements of Sr. Production Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within the One Day Bath or related home improvement industries.
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures, project management, and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Inventory Management experience required.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and implement effective strategies based on findings.
