Job description

OAI + Rainier by The Look Company, is a manufacturing organization with a long, established history. We are looking for Print Operators to join our team.
Print Operators operate large format digital printers and are responsible for the set-up of jobs and pre-production print check to ensure proper machine set-up, ink viscosity, color, and print quality.
In this role you will be expected to adapt to varying project scopes, volumes and difficulties. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in high-volume production environment.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Strong background in large format printing (roll, flatbed, dysup printers).
  • Mechanical Aptitude and ability to analyze and troubleshoot.
  • Computer literacy and be comfortable using a variety of software, including the ability to navigate digital tools, manage files, and communicate via email and other platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality & ability to distinguish colors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team to meet production schedules.
  • Communicate and understand directions both verbally and written in English.
  • Confident mathematic skills and measurements.

Schedule:
This is a second-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Compensation:
This position is available at multiple levels. The level and corresponding salary range will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. Final placement within a level and associated range will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's skills, experience, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. The full salary ranges for each level are:
  • Level 1: $21.65 - $25.00 per hour
  • Level 2: $25.00 - $28.50 per hour
  • Level 3: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
