Job Summary:
Faurecia, a leader in sustainable mobility technology, is seeking a Product Line Manager to define and execute product line strategy. This role involves translating market intelligence and customer needs into prioritized product roadmaps while ensuring alignment across various functions to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain deep knowledge of markets, competitors, technologies, and regulatory environments impacting the product portfolio
• Analyze customer requirements, standards, and emerging trends; translate them into clear product and innovation implications
• Support business units, sales, marketing, and engineering in interpreting Voice of Customer (VOC) data
• Identify and quantify market growth opportunities to support strategic and portfolio planning
• Drive innovation using a disciplined, science‑based and business‑focused risk/benefit approach
• Define, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with market demand, business strategy, and technology readiness
• Establish market‑based prioritization criteria for innovation and development investments
• Provide market, customer, and competitive input for innovation and acquisition milestone decisions
• Guide innovation projects to ensure functional performance, customer value, and FORVIA competitiveness
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and technical‑market rationale to support RFQs
• Contribute to sales tools, product communication materials, and customer presentations
• Support value‑based pricing strategies in collaboration with sales, costing, and engineering
• Represent product line value and capabilities in customer discussions and technical‑commercial reviews
• Convert customer and market requirements into clear product and process objectives with technical leaders

• Provide structured and regular reporting on product line performance, roadmaps, and innovation progress

Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5 years in product development, project management, or commercial roles within automotive or mobility sectors
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role (program management, sales, or equivalent)
• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
• Lead cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
• Knowledge of product development processes
