Location: Flower Mound, TX

Pay rate: $15.25/hr

Shift- 3 pm-11:30 pm

Job overview:

Production Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Follow and uphold safety standards and best practices by complying with all the company safety rules (PPE, safety procedures, etc.)

Follow instructions from the Operations Coordinator and Operations Supervisor

Accurately receive and process shipments arriving at the Distribution Centre

Accurately pick, pack and ship products to customers

Accurately move inventory within the Distribution Centre

Inspect units based on the company standard operating procedure.

Report any quality issues to any superior (Line coordinator, operations lead or Supervisor)

Ability to count units as you go and perform inspections as you pick.

Clean as you go, keep the area clean

May need to repetitively bend, lift and or stand for the duration of the shift

Skills:

Follow all company policies and procedures

Attention to detail

The ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift

The ability to work in an environment reliant on visual and auditory safety cues

The determination and good judgment to deliver reliable results

Work at a fast pace

Be able to communicate with others, read & write in English
