We are currently seeking dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a hybrid role that combines production line work with warehouse responsibilities.

Pay Rate: $17- $20 (DOE)

Job Summary:

This hybrid role involves supporting both the manufacturing line and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the production and packaging of supplements while also helping to manage inventory movement, receiving, and shipping duties in the warehouse. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, organization, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Line Duties:

  • Operate machinery and equipment for manufacturing and packaging vitamins and supplements
  • Measure, weigh, and blend ingredients according to batch instructions
  • Perform quality checks, labeling, and packaging
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with GMP and SOPs
  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately
  • Communicate production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors

Warehouse Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and supplies
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
  • Load/unload trucks and move materials as needed
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and recordkeeping
  • Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus and is preferred****.
  • Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems and shipping software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Reliability, Accountability, Ability to always be on time.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy packages (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods.
  • Must pass a 10 panel drug screening test.
