In this role, you will work with hot and cold food products, raw materials, and finished goods across various stages of production. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, assembling, weighing, packaging, and safely operating basic machinery.You'll play a key role in maintaining production efficiency while meeting company quality standards and following all Health & Safety and Food Safety programs.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow daily production line assignments as directed by supervisors or leadsAssist with food preparation and cooking tasks, including following recipesEnsure production goals are met on time and meet quality standardsAccurately document production data, perform basic calculations, and update digital systemsPackage, seal, label, and palletize finished productsInspect products, containers, and packaging for quality and complianceMaintain food safety standards, including proper storage and sanitation practicesFollow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintain required HACCP logsOperate machinery safely and report any mechanical or safety concernsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentParticipate in safety training and team meetingsCrosstrain, rotate positions, and assist in training new team membersWork collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMaintain dependable attendance and punctualityPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications & SkillsAbility to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments while wearing protective gearPhysical ability to stand for long periods and perform movements such as bending, reaching, lifting, and kneelingAbility to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally)Strong communication and teamwork skillsGood hand-eye coordination and dexterityStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to read, follow instructions, and perform basic math calculationsComfortable working around moving machineryFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varied schedules as neededEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred (or relevant work experience)Basic math skills, including measurements and conversionsForklift experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits:Health insuranceDental & Vision insurancePaid time off Schedule:8-10-hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend and night availability if applicable Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: On Site
