Job Summary

The Associate Product Line Manager II HybridLife & Kids assists the product team to bring assigned product lines and assortments to market in support of business category financial objectives and key results. Coordinates with product management team to maintain product line information in applicable systems for analysis including but not limited to sales data, product lifecycle information, fan insights, trends and competitor information.

Essential Functions

  • Prepares and maintains on-going product database including but not limitedย to financial performance, product performance, SKU data, key account information, retail and tradeshow feedback, market placement and brandย strength, and consumer trends.
  • Conducts research and preparing reports and briefings that help identifyย product opportunities that will drive the achievement of category objectivesย and key results.
  • Solicits information from cross functional departments to complete researchย requests.
  • Collaborates with sales, service operations and creative teams in a matrixedย environment to provide category product information and support.
  • Helps complete product and assortment plans and create productย presentations for cross functional and milestone meetings.
  • Serves as the point of contact for consumer services requests and productย  line activities such as sample shipping process, scheduling meetings, and providing general product information. Escalates issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field required
  • One (1) year of experience in product, retail, or accessories.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of footwear product and assortment planning preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent financial analysis and business math skills.
  • Proficiency with PC and database management programs.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed and high growth environment
  • General understanding of the footwear industry and consumer trends preferred.

Travel Required: Yes, up to 25% of the time

Base Salary: $80,600 - $85,120
