About the Role
The Facilities & Production Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of production equipment, automated dispensing systems, and facility infrastructure.
This role serves as a key liaison between Facilities and Pharmacy Operations, ensuring equipment, building systems, and technical resources are operating reliably to support daily production goals. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting automated systems, supporting facility projects, coordinating repairs, and helping optimize production workflows.

What You'll Do
Production Equipment & Automation Support
  • Monitor production line and fulfillment equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and automated equipment issues.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production systems and dispensing equipment.
  • Support production efficiency initiatives and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
  • Maintain equipment according to manufacturer specifications and internal maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in the setup, automation, and readiness of new pharmacy and production facilities.
Facilities Maintenance
  • Respond to maintenance requests and facility work orders.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including:
    • HVAC systems
    • Electrical systems
    • Plumbing repairs
    • Carpentry
    • General building maintenance
  • Inspect building infrastructure and equipment to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Support building upkeep and operational readiness across all facility areas.
