Product Line Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Product Line Manager to lead the Provider Product capabilities within our client's healthcare platform. This role owns the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for all provider-related capabilities—spanning provider lifecycle, data, contracts, networks, directories, and performance.

The role is accountable for platform coherence, market relevance, defining differentiated features, regulatory compliance, and business impact of the Provider product line. Individual will lead multiple product managers and drive cross-capability alignment, and partner with engineering, architecture, operations, compliance, and client leadership to deliver scalable, configurable, and future-ready provider solutions for US healthcare payers and ecosystems.

This role demands experience of AI embedded intelligence, predictive analytics, and machine learning into PLM workflows—enhancing decision-making, reducing manual effort, and improving provider experience. The Senior Product Manager should be experienced in utilizing AI in product management for faster delivery of Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Provider Product Line, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Define clear value propositions and differentiation for provider capabilities across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML, rules engines, and analytics into provider workflows to reduce operational burden and improve data quality.
• Lead product development across: Provider Recruitment & Onboarding, Provider Credentialing and Recredentialing, Contract Lifecycle Management and Configuration, Value Based Contracting/Fee Schedule Management, Provider Data Management including Roster File Management, Network Modeling & Management, Network Adequacy, Find a Provider and Directory Integration, Performance Analytics and Compliance Monitoring, Integrate AI/ML capabilities into PLM workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders in operations, compliance, engineering, and client teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Maintain a product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead delivery of high-quality features using SDD.
• Drive integration with external systems (e.g., CAQH, state boards, NPPES, NPDB, etc).
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve operational efficiency and provider satisfaction.
• Support demos and client engagements to showcase PLM capabilities and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers / Product Owners across the Provider portfolio.
• Define and track product KPIs (adoption, data accuracy, provider turnaround time, compliance metrics).
• Act as the executive product voice for Provider capabilities in client discussions, RFPs, demos, and roadmap reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, and engineering teams to shape GTM offerings and accelerators.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
• 18–22+ years of overall IT / healthcare experience
• 15+ years in product management / product line leadership within healthcare
• 15+ years of leading Provider Data Operations for health plans
• Strategic, outcome-driven, and platform-minded
• Strong ownership mindset with clarity and structure
• Ability to lead through influence across complex organizations
• Deep domain expertise in Provider Lifecycle Management and Provider Operations
• Proven experience owning enterprise healthcare products or platforms
• Strong understanding of US healthcare payer operations and provider data flows
• Hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks: CMS, HIPAA, NCQA
• Ability to work with distributed teams across India and the US in a Global Delivery Model.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Experience in AI product management, including working with data scientists and ML engineers to define use cases, evaluate models, and deploy AI features.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with provider domain workflows including onboarding, credentialing, provider data management (A/C/T) and panel management.
• Background in healthcare IT, provider data governance, or contract analytics.
• Experience with user role management, event driven architecture, messaging and multi-tenant architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, model lifecycle management, and data labeling strategies.
• Ability to provide thought leadership and influence strategic direction.
