Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to oversee daily inventory control activities and ensure accurate inventory management for returned products throughout the repair process. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the RMA Department in a production/warehouse environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Inventory Control Lead will coordinate inventory operations, provide guidance to inventory personnel, and ensure accurate material tracking and inventory integrity while assisting this RMA Department as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily inventory control activities to ensure accurate tracking and movement of returned products and repair materials
  • Provide guidance, training, and daily direction to Inventory Control Associates to ensure compliance with department procedures
  • Monitor inventory transactions within ERP, MES, or warehouse management systems to ensure data accuracy and traceability
  • Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, transfer, and disposition of RMA materials and components
  • Coordinate daily cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activities
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy
  • Maintain inventory accuracy for customer-owned materials, repair components, and finished goods
  • Coordinate material movement between Warehouse, Repair, Testing, Failure Analysis, and Logistics teams
  • Ensure proper identification, labeling, and traceability of all inventory throughout the RMA process
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requests to support production and repair schedules
  • Generate inventory reports and communicate inventory status, shortages, and discrepancies to department leadership
  • Support internal and external inventory audits by maintaining accurate documentation and audit-ready records
  • Assist with development and implementation of inventory control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote compliance with company policies, quality standards, ESD requirements, and safety procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory-related issues during assigned shifts
  • Support departmental KPIs related to inventory accuracy, material availability, and transaction timeliness
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience serving as a lead or providing team direction preferred
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, repair operations, or RMA environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, material flow, and inventory reconciliation
  • Experience using ERP, MES, or warehouse management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the capability to coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
