Job Summary
The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading the strategy, operations, and evolution of the Human Resources function within an organization in the technology and commercial lending sector. This role serves as a strategic partner to the executive team, driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, talent development, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The position oversees all HR areas, including recruitment, compensation, labor relations, organizational development, and compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Strategic Leadership - Define and execute the Human Resources strategy aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring that the organizational structure supports the growth of the technology and financial business.
  • Talent Management - Lead recruitment and selection processes for technical, financial, and administrative roles, ensuring the attraction of highly specialized talent.
  • Organizational Development - Design training, leadership, succession planning, and performance evaluation programs based on metrics and objectives.
  • Culture and Engagement - Promote a culture centered on innovation, ethics, customer service, and collaboration, while driving wellness and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Ten (10) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including direct leadership roles.
  • Experience in the technology, fintech, commercial lending, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, compensation practices, organizational development, and change management.
  • Experience implementing HRIS systems, talent analytics, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and executive-influence skills.
  • Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, and strong results orientation.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
