PRODUCTION CONTROL REPRESENTATIVE
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
$19.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Plan and maintain daily production schedules based on customer demand and material availability.
  • Release, monitor, and track work orders throughout the production process.
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and identify production delays or bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate production priorities with supervisors and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure materials and components are available to support production schedules.
  • Work closely with purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve material shortages.
  • Maintain accurate production data, schedules, and work order status within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Generate reports on production schedules, work orders, and delivery performance.
  • Communicate schedule changes and production updates across multiple departments.
  • Track production performance, on-time delivery, and schedule adherence.
  • Assist with process improvements to increase production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate production records and support quality and compliance requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in production control, scheduling, manufacturing planning, or supply chain operations preferred.
  • Experience using ERP or MRP systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
