Job description

Job Title: Specialist โ€“ Production Control

Company: AISIN World Corp. of America

Department: Operations, Production Control

Location: Laredo, TX Region

This position will function to support the North American production control and supply chain operations, with a preference for candidates based in the Laredo, TX area for periodic visits to nearby logistics warehouses. The position manages order and inventory processes, supports production planning, and drives standardization across plants.

The role requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong production control experience and the ability to collaborate across U.S. and Mexico teams. Occasional travel to Mexico is required.

Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

  • Understand Customer Requirements
  • Perform Order and Inventory management operations
  • Coordinate, lead, and evaluate North American Production Control standardization activities
  • Create training documents and train local North American Plants (NAPs)
  • Develop and issue summary reports/schedules for activities performed
  • Duties will require interaction with Customers, AISIN Facilities, and Suppliers

Required Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Must be Bi-Lingual, English and Spanish. Fluent, business level communication abilities - writing, reading, and speaking.
