Junior Marketing Manager - Entry Level ($42,000 - $82,000)

NPI is seeking ambitious, growth‑oriented recent graduates to join our Manager in Training program. This full‑time, in‑person role provides hands‑on experience in sales, leadership, and team development while representing inside nationally recognized retailers including Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent products and services inside high‑traffic retail locations
• Learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
• Manage individual territory goals and support broader campaign execution
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
• Develop leadership and operational management skills through ongoing mentorship

Qualifications:

• Recent or upcoming college graduate (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and goal‑oriented
• Interest in leadership, sales, or business operations
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment

Preferred Majors:

Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Sports Management, or any field emphasizing leadership, human behavior, or strategic thinking.
