The Production Control / Shipping Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating outbound shipments, inventory transfers, and production scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery to customers. This position involves close collaboration with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to maintain efficient material flow and address shipping-related challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and internal material transfers.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation and schedules.
  • Monitor production plans to support on-time customer deliveries.
  • Communicate shipment status and inventory availability to internal stakeholders.
  • Track shipments and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipping, scheduling, and logistics issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks related to production control and shipping operations.
