Key Responsibilities
Production Associates may be responsible for:
• Using tools and equipment as directed by management to complete production tasks
• Working on assembly lines to support food processing and production flow
• Grading and inspecting products for quality
• Packing products according to company standards
• Preparing food products for packing, freezing, and shipment
• Handling, positioning, moving, and organizing materials throughout the production area
• Safely using knives, scissors, hand tools, and automatic tools when required
• Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Wearing required personal protective equipment, including hairnet, beard net, gloves, cut gloves, smocks, aprons, boots, and ear protection
