Production Associate - Immediate Start | $19.00/hour | New Carlisle, IN
Join Integrity Trade Services as a Production Associate and be part of a dynamic manufacturing team! This temp-to-hire role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience, with the potential to transition into a full-time position with a reputable company.
Shift Options:
  • First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST
  • Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Efficiently stack, pack, and palletize materials, maintaining accuracy and safety.
  • Support production operations in a fast-paced environment, contributing to smooth workflow.
  • Perform equipment inspections as needed to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand continuously for up to 12 hours.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs comfortably.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
  • Previous experience in packing or production is advantageous but not mandatory.
