Production Associate
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a special project at a fertilizer manufacturing facility in Knox, IN. If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule
Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend Every Week!
  • Day Shift: 5AM to 5PM CT
  • Monday - Thursday ( Starting at $14 p/h)
  • Opportunity for overtime based on production needs
    ( Fridays as needed)
Job Duties
As a Production Associate, you will assist with the manufacturing and packaging of a variety of agricultural and seasonal products, including:
  • Fertilizers
  • Plant food
  • Winter salt and ice melt products
  • Other lawn and garden products

Responsibilities include:
  • Bagging and packaging finished products
  • Loading bags onto pallets
  • Labeling and preparing products for shipment
  • Monitoring production lines
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Following all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Assisting with general warehouse and production tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where dust and odors may be present
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout a 10-hour shift
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
  • Steel-toe boots required
