We currently have immediate openings for 1st Shift Production Associates in our manufacturing facility in Monticello, Indiana. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple production departments to help manufacture high-quality archery arrows and accessories.

  • Starting wage of $16.00 per hour
  • 4-day workweek – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 80 hours of vacation annually (2 weeks per year, accrued)

What You Will Be Doing

(Duties may vary based on department assignment.)

  • Installing vanes, nocks, and points on arrows
  • Packaging arrows and accessories into final packaging
  • Inspecting products and work orders for quality and defects
  • Tracking materials and products for inventory purposes
  • Completing hourly production documentation and work order information
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications
  • Performing other duties as needed, including packaging and hand assembly
What You Need to Be Successful
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • A proven track record of dependability and punctuality-excellent attendance is essential
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
  • Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work efficiently
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
