Job description

A manufacturing company in Clackamas is looking to add Production Associates to their team! If you have recent experience in assembly, production, or food manufacturing, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers steady hours, Monday–Friday schedules, no weekends, and weekly pay.

Production Associate Job Duties:
• Operate machines to bend, cut, and form metal parts
• Follow written work instructions to assemble product
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Document completion and track inventory

Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 2:45pm-1:15am

Pay: $19–$21/hr DOE

Production Associate Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of recent work experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for an 8-hour shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
