Description
Production Associate - DAY OR SWING SHIFT AVAILABLE!
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you'll help produce high-quality wood products across a variety of nightly projects.
You'll be responsible for assisting machine operators, hand-sanding materials, supporting production tasks, and keeping work areas safe and clean. This position requires good attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with a diverse crew. If you enjoy hands-on work and want steady Monday-Friday hours, this could be a great fit. Pay is competitive, with eligibility for monthly bonuses.
Swing Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Job duties may vary based on production needs and may include the following:
• Assist with various production tasks throughout the facility as needed
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders, instructions, and production specifications
• Monitor product quality and check measurements to ensure standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
