Job description

Our manufacturing client in the Butler, PA area is seeking day & night shift production workers to support manufacturing operations.
-Perform general physical labor including pushing, pulling, and lifting materials
-Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
-Use hand tools and power tools as needed for assembly and fabrication
-Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and work instructions
-Complete basic computer tasks related to production tracking and reporting
-Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-Follow all safety procedures and company policies
-Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
-CNC experience is a plus
-Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
-Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints
-Basic computer skills
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to push, pull, and lift 45-50 pounds regularly
-Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
-Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
