Our client, a leader in engineered building components, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality roof and floor joists that meet safety and durability standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Emlenton, PA

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (currently working 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

  • Assist in the production of engineered floor and roofing joists, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Lift and handle raw materials weighing up to 50 pounds efficiently and safely
  • Assemble components accurately according to specifications and read measurement tools such as rulers
  • Support the manufacturing team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies to promote a safe workplace for all team members

  • No prior experience required; training provided on the job
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks consistently
  • Good reading and measurement skills, including reading a ruler
