A leader in advanced manufacturing is seeking a Production Associate to join its Lancaster, Pennsylvania facility. This position supports the production of heat pipe assemblies used in aerospace and defense applications. The Production Associate will operate semi-automated equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and complete repetitive production tasks while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
-Produce heat pipe assemblies for internal and external customers using semi-automated equipment.
-Follow established procedures, engineering instructions, and documented production methods.
-Read and understand detailed work instructions before completing assigned tasks.
-Perform repetitive-motion production activities throughout the workday.
-Rotate between workstations based on production requirements.
-Clean components using the Crest workstation and other approved equipment.
-Work within designated production areas while following all safety and quality procedures.
-Inspect parts and completed work for visible defects or inconsistencies.
-Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
-Communicate with production, machining, and quality-control personnel as needed.
-Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.

-Must currently reside within approximately 50 miles of the Lancaster, Pennsylvania facility.
-Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
-Must qualify as a U.S. Person under International Traffic in Arms Regulations requirements. This includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, political asylees, and refugees.
-Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Key Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED preferred.
-No previous related experience or training is required.
-Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine-operation environment is helpful but not required.
-Ability to apply practical judgment and common sense when completing routine production tasks.
-Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive and detail-oriented work.
-Close, distance, and color vision sufficient to inspect and handle production components.
