Looking for a hands-on career with opportunities to learn and grow? BTI is seeking a full-time Production Associate to join our team. No print manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Butler Technologies is a family-owned manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience providing innovative printed electronics and custom manufacturing solutions for the automotive, medical, defense, and safety industries.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with various manufacturing and production processes.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery after training.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Package, sort, assemble, and move materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Work with team members to meet production goals.
