We're looking for a motivated professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving processes, and taking ownership of their work. This is an outstanding opportunity to grow into a leadership role while helping implement advanced manufacturing technology in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Summary
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced manufacturing equipment, including lasers, 3D printers, and milling machines
  • Produce high-quality metal and rubber molds while maintaining strict quality standards
  • Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Assist in managing a small production team and help establish a culture of quality and continuous improvement
  • Cross-train team members across multiple manufacturing processes
  • Lead the setup, installation, and commissioning of 2-3 new pieces of advanced manufacturing equipment
  • Work directly with equipment manufacturers to improve machine performance, efficiency, and production capabilities
  • Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Required
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with CNC equipment, lasers, 3D printers, milling machines, or similar advanced manufacturing technology is preferred
  • Prior leadership or management experience is a plus but not required
