Hours 1st shift Monday - Thursday 6am-3pm and Friday 6am-12pm


Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator / Machine Technician who can operate punch presses, shears, and other fabrication machinery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in stepping in wherever needed — whether that’s running machines, assisting with packaging, or supporting the die shop.

You’ll be part of a close-knit production team that values reliability, initiative, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

·       Set up, operate, and maintain punch press machines, shears, and related fabrication equipment

·       Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy

·       Follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules


·       Perform basic maintenance and tooling changes as needed

·       Assist with packaging, assembly, and die shop tasks as production demands require

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

·       Communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep production running smoothly

Qualifications

·       Experience operating punch presses, shears, or similar fabrication machinery
