It's a role with real responsibility: you are TMA's primary point of contact for your assigned clients, the lead on their tax and accounting work, and a manager who helps develop the Staff Accountants and Project Accountants who support that work. Candidates actively pursuing the CPA license will also be considered.Experience in public accounting, tax preparation, or small business accounting, with a strong working knowledge of business and individual income tax.Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.A natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly and earns the trust of business owners.Someone who enjoys helping others grow and holding work to a high standard of quality.Organized and able to manage a full group of clients and multiple deadlines with confidence and independence.Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.
