BRMi is seeking a Lead System Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems analysis, technical architecture, project management, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires collaborating with business stakeholders, customers, development teams, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.

  • Design and document technical solutions based on business requirements.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions and recommend the best approach.
  • Develop system designs, process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements by working with customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects and coordinate tasks across multiple teams.
  • Manage projects through all phases, including planning, design, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
  • Develop testing plans and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Create implementation and data conversion plans for new or updated systems.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and business requirements.
  • Maintain clear and accurate project and technical documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in systems analysis, solution design, or technical project management.
  • Experience leading projects in a large or complex IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
