Team Support Coordinator

Location: Merrimack, NH
Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Support Coordinator to help coordinate daily production activities and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and shipped on schedule. This position plays an important role in coordinating between production, inventory, shipping, and other internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate production orders based on priorities, deadlines, materials, and available resources.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure orders remain on track for timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activities.
  • Monitor material availability and communicate potential shortages or delays to the appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate with production, inventory, shipping, and other departments to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
  • Track order status and follow up on outstanding production or material requirements.
  • Identify potential scheduling or production delays and communicate issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies and coordinating adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation related to production orders and inventory.
  • Prioritize multiple orders and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure production and shipping goals are met.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Perform other administrative and production-support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, inventory, scheduling, or operations environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and teams.
  • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or production scheduling systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
