We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions (SAS) business, supporting our Global Release Liners portfolio. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will shape category direction, drive innovation, and improve profitability across international markets.
Your Impact
Drive Innovation & Product Development
  • Lead new product development and commercialization initiatives
  • Build business cases, define product requirements, and manage launch execution
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Lead projects through stage-gate processes to ensure successful delivery

Own Strategy & Profitability
  • Develop and execute multi-year category strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Define pricing strategies and improve margins
  • Manage product portfolio to maximize revenue and efficiency

Enable Sales & Customer Success
  • Provide product training and insights to commercial teams
  • Develop sales tools and customer-facing materials
  • Support key customer engagements and innovation presentations

Lead Marketing Initiatives
  • Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, trade shows, and promotions
  • Track and optimize return on marketing investments

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Materials)
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in product management, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen (pricing, profitability, portfolio management)
  • Ability to work in a global, matrix environment
  • Willingness to travel (~20%)

Nice to have:
  • Experience in Release Liners or related industries
  • Project management experience
