About Our Program
You'll be joining in a JD Star (JDS) Graduate Role, a semi-structured early-career pathway designed to accelerate young professionals whilst making an impact in your role at JD.com. Over your first year, you'll take on meaningful projects, build technical and leadership skills, and gain exposure to the world-class functions driving JD's global growth.
1. Supplier Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate high-quality suppliers, establishing a robust evaluation framework for tiered management and performance assessment to ensure a stable, competitive supply chain.
2. End-to-End Procurement Execution: Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including price negotiations, contract finalization, and order fulfillment. Resolve order discrepancies and post-sales issues to guarantee timely delivery and quality compliance.
3. Cost Optimization Strategy: Monitor market price dynamics to develop procurement strategies. Achieve annual cost reduction targets through centralized purchasing and framework agreements.
4. Process Streamlining & Digitization: Refine procurement workflows, implement standardized procedures, and drive digital transformation of procurement systems to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operational teams to deliver tailored procurement solutions, facilitate interdepartmental coordination, and support overarching business objectives.
