This is a direct hire Product Manager, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their comprehensive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Product Manager.  This role is integral in ensuring high standards across sales, manufacturing, and inventory management while supporting continuous department improvement and achieving production goals. The Product Manager will oversee production processes to ensure consistency in quality and schedule adherence, collaborating closely with the Director to fulfill customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
•    Maintain manufacturing and assembly schedules for parts, collaborating with production management.
•    Drive departmental growth through ongoing improvements in products and equipment.
•    Serve as a resource for internal teams, including customer service, manufacturing, and shipping & receiving, offering support, and resolving inquiries.
•    Evaluate production costs and pricing of goods to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
•    Coordinate with various departments to manage lead times, including purchasing, inventory, and assembly, ensuring on-time delivery and workflow efficiency.
•    Adapt to additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Required Experience:
•    Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
•    Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, particularly in data analysis.
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Management and/or manufacturing components.
•    At least 2 years’ experience in management or staff training.
•    Experience working with ERP systems is required.
